Have some form of education in Social Entrepreneurship, Non-profit management, Arts Management or Social Work.
Confident to create systems to ensure a $50,000 cash float monthly
Younger than 35 years old but if you are abit older, that is okay as long as you are young at heart (max 45)
You feel that you are a Young Change Maker.
Able to do wonders with an empty space
Able to lead but play different roles at different times
Ability to relate to different groups of people
Expected remuneration: SGD$5000-$8000 but it is not about the Monet!
Reports To
The Chief Executive Officer (the “CE”) is appointed by and reports to the Board of Directors (the “Board”). The Board supervises the CE who serves Social Creatives Ltd (the “Social Creatives Ltd” or “Company”) at the pleasure of the Board.
Direct Reports:
The CE manages the senior executive team, including the officers of the Company (other than the Chairman of the Board of Directors) who, at the CE’s direction, have responsibility for conducting the business and affairs of the Company.
Position Summary:
The CE shall have overall accountability, responsibility and authority for the management of the business and affairs of the Company in accordance with the strategic plan and objectives adopted and approved by the Board and subject to oversight by the Board. The CE shall cause the organization to meet the requirements of the donors, recipients of Social Creatives services, and to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Specific Roles and Responsibilities:
The CE is responsible of:
Practicing effective leadership inline with the direction from the Board and in accordance to the core-values, mission statements and visions of the organisations.
Grow the organization culture to promote effective governance and inclusivity of communities and people.
Developing the strategic direction of the Company and obtaining the approval of the Board, implementing and ensuring its effective operations, and keeping the Board informed in a timely manner of the progress of the Company on the achievement of or material deviations from the strategic goals or of any developments that warrant their attention.
Ensure an overall understanding of good behavior, a sense of happiness and celebration to assist with the development of an inclusive and conducive workspace.
Developing the Company’s annual business plan and obtaining the approval of the Board, including the financial and budget requirements to achieve that plan and for delivery of results against that plan. Introduce contingency plans based on the overall direction of the Company when appropriate.
Instituting transparency in Social Creatives Ltd operations to engender public trust in financial stewardship and to provide the highest level of service to the public, the Social Creatives Community, stakeholders and beneficiaries.
Assuring the accuracy and integrity of the Company’s financial information, reporting and disclosure requirements, internal controls and management information systems.
Complying with applicable legal, regulatory, ethical, Social Creatives Ltd’s Code of Business Ethics and Conduct, and other corporate compliance requirements as well as the management of Company’s policies.
